This notice explains how personal data of visitors to this website is processed, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable law.

Data we collect

Navigation data: the systems running this website acquire, during normal operation, some data (e.g. IP addresses, browser type, request times) implicitly transmitted by internet communication protocols. This data is used for technical and security purposes.

Preferences: your theme (light/dark) and language choices are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us.

There are no contact forms: any communication happens via email, at your initiative.

Purposes and legal bases

Navigation data is processed to ensure the operation and security of the site (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Third-party content (YouTube videos, Instagram posts) is only loaded after your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can give or refuse via the banner or the related buttons.

Services and third parties

Hosting: the site may be hosted on Vercel Inc., which processes log data as a data processor.

YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC): videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie) and loaded only after consent. Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): embedded posts are loaded only after consent. Policy: https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Google, Meta, Vercel) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on adequate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).

Retention

Log data is kept for the time strictly necessary for technical and security purposes. Consent to third-party cookies is requested again after 12 months.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights under art. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdrawal of consent.
